What We Do

The mission of FECCAS is to support the Elizabethton–Carter County Animal Shelter and pets in the Community. We create and deliver programs to help:

• Increase the number of pets that are spayed and neutered. We are building a low cost Spay/Neuter Clinic in Elizabethton.

• Provide medical care for injured, abused, and senior animals in the shelter

• Fund building improvements to the shelter.

• Increase community awareness of the need to spay and neuter and reduce animal cruelty.
