Join us for a day of fitness, fun and community spirit to benefit the shelter animals. Your involvement will make a direct impact on addressing the needs of our shelter animals, and will also contribute to the construction of the new spay and neuter clinic at 131 Sycamore Shoals Drive. Friendly, leashed pets are welcome to join in the fun.
What We Do
The mission of FECCAS is to support the Elizabethton–Carter County Animal Shelter and pets in the Community. We create and deliver programs to help:

Increase the number of pets that are spayed and neutered. We are building a low cost Spay/Neuter Clinic in Elizabethton.

Provide medical care for injured, abused, and senior animals in the shelter

Fund building improvements to the shelter.

Increase community awareness of the need to spay and neuter and reduce animal cruelty.
