Who are we?

The mission of FECCAS is to support the Elizabethton–Carter County Animal Shelter and enhance its efforts to save the lives of pets in need. We create and deliver programs to help:

• Increase the number of pets that are spayed and neutered.

• Provide medical care for injured, abused, and senior animals.

• Reduce feral colony populations.

• Fund building improvements to the shelter.

• Educate and increase community awareness of the need to spay and neuter and to reduce animal cruelty.

• Educate and increase community awareness of the importance to utilize appropriate pet identification: microchips, dog tags, etc.
